Hireup is an NDIS registered online platform that offers one-to-one support for users in eight areas: help around the house, transport, out and about, education and employment, specialised support, personal care, therapy support and in-home care.
NDIS participants can use Core Supports and Capacity Building budgets on Hireup.
Core Supports
Core supports are designed to assist with everyday activities, with potentially a long-term goal.
As an NDIS registered provider, Hireup can claim against the following categories under Core Supports:
- Assistance with Daily Life
- Assistance with Social and Community Participation
Capacity Building
Capacity Building is designed to assist with developing independence and skills, with the aim of achieving a clear goal. A Capacity Building budget is often fixed and in most cases, cannot be switched.

- Improved Relationships
- Improved Daily Living
