The Hireup story
The Hireup story starts with Laura and Jordan O’Reilly, who grew up alongside a brother with a disability. Finding disability support that worked for them was a daily challenge. Sometimes the worker was a great fit. More often than not, they weren't.
Hireup was born out of this lived experience with the purpose of enabling the pursuit of a good life for everyone. Since our inception, we have supported thousands of people with disability and support workers and now we’re on a mission to ensure that they can access the right support for the moments that matter for them.
Business for good
As a disability services provider, we're here to have a positive impact on the world. We do this by combining digital tools with dedicated human services teams, supporting our community to make sure Hireup clients have the reliability of someone to help when it matters most.
Our support workers are a critical part of our community and are all employed directly by Hireup. They are not contractors. Through employment, training, great pay and ongoing support, we are there cheering our workers on.
