Hireup’s purpose is all about the pursuit of a Good Life

The Hireup Good Life Awards are a chance to celebrate and recognise exceptional support workers that enable the pursuit of a good life for people with disability across Australia.

At Hireup, we know the everyday impact support workers can have on our community. Too often though, this valuable role goes uncelebrated. We’re changing this narrative and would love you to join us.

Service Excellence Recognition

For support workers going above and beyond

At Hireup, we think our support workers are star quality. Clients have said that our workers are trustworthy, fun, and supportive, among many other positive words!

So in addition to the Good Life Awards, we're diving into community feedback to discover and celebrate workers we know are delivering reliable and consistent support, and who are going above and beyond supporting clients to achieve their goals.

All support workers nominated for the Good Life Awards who are not shortlisted will automatically be nominated for recognition of Service Excellence.
