Worker verification
All Hireup workers are employees, not contractors. Before they start, we confirm their identity, complete Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks, state-based checks, and right-to-work verification. These checks are repeated regularly so records are always up to date.
Training and certification
Every worker is first aid certified and completes training in safe working practices, preventing abuse and neglect, and the Aged Care Code of Conduct. For aged care roles, many hold extra qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care), and training in manual handling, dementia care, and palliative care.
