When our co-founder’s Pop needed daily support but wanted to stay in his own home, we built a better way.
Our story
Siblings Laura and Jordan O’Reilly founded Hireup in 2015 after seeing the challenges their brother Shane faced accessing quality disability support. Later, helping their Pop, Frank, live independently at home, they saw the same gaps in aged care.
These experiences inspired a better way to deliver support.
Today, Hireup Aged Care connects older Australians and their families with 14,000 employed support workers across the country, offering flexibility, choice and peace of mind.
