Support types: help around the house

31st August 2020

Help around the house support is unique to your needs at home. It can be support with yard maintenance, cooking or other tasks you’d like support with at home. Simply, it can be described as assistance with day-to-day tasks for people seeking support.

For NDIS participants, funding for assistance in daily living within core supports may fall into this category.

Keith is a Hireup user who receives help around the house support. From hanging out the washing to brewing a cup of coffee, his support worker Jacki assists with any daily assistance requirements.
