Event name : Beyond Limits
These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern the participation in the Beyond Limits Online Talent Show (Competition) run in partnership by Hireup Pty Ltd, Auscare Support Pty Ltd, Chrome Health Pty Ltd and The Identity Clinic Pty Ltd (“We”, “Us”, “Project Group”).
By submitting a video and participating in the Competition, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Competition, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Be an individual who identifies as having a disability; and
- Must be 13 years or older.
Participants under 18 years old must have parental/legal guardian consent to participate in the Competition.
Excluded Individuals: Employees of the Project Group, including their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
2. Consent for Minors
Where a participant is under the age of 18 years old:
- A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent by completing the relevant section in the entry form;
- The parent/guardian must agree to these Terms on behalf of the minor; and
- The parent/guardian acknowledges that they will be responsible for the minor’s participation.
3. How to Enter
The Competition opens for Submissions on 03/12/2025.
To enter the Competition you must:
- Submit a video showcasing your talent by completing and submitting a video via the entry form - Link Here (Submission).
- Submissions must be original work created by the participant (and support person if/as required).
- Only one Submission per participant will be accepted unless permitted by us in writing; and
- Submissions must be made by 11:59pm AEST on 15 January 2026
4. Video Requirements
4.1 Technical Requirements
Submissions must meet the following requirements:
- Maximum length: 3 minutes
- Format: - MP4 or MOV
4.2 Prohibit Content
Submissions must not include or depict:
- Offensive, harmful, or discriminatory material;
- Nudity or sexually explicit content;
- Violent content; or
- Copyrighted material without permission.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership in Content
Participants will retain full ownership of their Submission.
5.2 Right to Use Submitted Material - Project Group
By entering a Submission, participants grant the Project Group an Australian, royalty-free, fee free license to:
- Display, reproduce, and share the Submission with each other and the general public for judging, promotional and administration purposes for the Competition.
- Edit or adapt the Submission for future marketing or promotional materials (with attribution); and
- Publish the Submission on Hireup’s website.
6. Judging & Prizes
6.1 Judging Criteria
The Project Group will judge all Submissions received and shortlist the top 25 Submissions which will be posted on the Competition Landing Page for the general public to view and cast their votes.
The Project Group will judge Submissions on:
- creativity;
- originality; and
- presentation.
6.2 Community Voting
- Community voting will open from 16 January 2026 to 11:59pm AEST on 25 January 2026.
- The Submission that receives the most community votes, will win the Competition.
- The decision of the community votes is final.
6.3 Prizes
There are a total of 10 prizes available to be won in the Competition as follows:
- 1st Prize - a.nty story - Glow Up Photo shoot and Make over - Valued at $2000 (Includes 1 Day photo Shoot, Hair and Makeup, Fashion and Styling, Digital Photos of the day, Individual coaching and opportunity to be part of the a.nty story inclusion fashion marketing campaign
- 2nd Prize - $400 Prepaid Visa Card - donated by Hireup
- 3rd Prize - $350 Prepaid Visa Card - donated by Residence Revival
- 4th Prize - $250 Prepaid Visa Card - donated by Auscare Support
- 5th Prize - $200 Prepaid Visa Card - donated by The Identity Clinic -
- 6th Prize - $200 Prepaid Visa Card - donated by Civic
- 7th Prize - $150 Prezzie Gift card - donated by Able Plus
- 8th Prize - $100 Prepaid Visa Card - donated by Chosen Family
- 9th Prize - $100 Boardgame Bundle & $50 Cotton on Voucher - donated by 9d Care
- 10th Prize - $100 Gift card - donated by Scope
- Winners will be announced at the Live event being held at Hireup’s Head office:
Date: 28 January 2026
Location: Ground Floor, 120 Pacific Highway, Greenwich NSW 2065
Time: 11am, Sydney time.
- The live event will be live streamed.
- There will be only 1 prize per winner.
- Hireup will contact each prize winner to organise postage of each winner's relevant prize.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Privacy & Data
7.1 Collection of Personal Information
As part of the Competition and your Submission, Hireup Pty Ltd will be collecting personal information such as your name, age, contact details and video content for the purposes of running the Competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.
7.2 Use of Personal Information
Any Personal Information collected as part of the Competition will only be used for:
- Competition administration purposes (including the sharing of Submissions for judging purposes with the Project Group and general public); and
- Promotion and marketing of the Competition by the Project Group as per clause 4.2.
8. Participant Conduct
- Participants must act respectfully, ethically and safely.
- Any fraudulent, harmful or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate disqualification from the Competition.
9. Liability
9.1 Participant Responsibility
- Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
9.2 Exclusions of Liability
- The Project Group will not be responsible for:
- Technical issues including video or entry errors or corrupt files;
- Late or lost Submissions; or
- Any personal injury or property damage arising from or connected to your participation in the Competition.
10. Withdrawal of Submissions
- Participants may request to withdraw their Submission at any time before judging commences.
- However, promotional or marketing uses of their Submission already published cannot be retrospectively withdrawn except where required by law.
11. Competition Changes
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel these Terms and the Competition at any time, in our sole discretion. In the case of modifications, we will provide you with at least 7 days prior written notice before the modifications become effective.
- If you do not agree with the proposed modifications, you may withdraw your submission from the Competition by sending us a written request to dyllan.fleming@hireup.com.au
12. Governing Law
- These Terms and the Competition are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
