Let’s take a quick tour of the Hireup iOS app!

In order to use the Hireup app your iOS device must be running iOS 13.2 or later, and will need to be an iPhone 6S or a later model.  If you are running an older version, please update to the latest version of iOS prior to installing, just go to Settings > General on your iPhone.

There are four ways you can create a booking via the app

Via the "create booking" button on the bookings screen

 On the top right, under My Account, there is an icon that you can tap to create a new booking. You'll only be able to book someone in your current support team. To book someone new, book them via their profile or a recent conversation with them (see instructions below).

Via someone's profile

Navigate to the "Book" button which will appear a the bottom of your screen.

Via My Team

Tap on My Account (displayed as your profile picture) on the top right of the screen. You can then tap on one of the support workers and book them. The support workers who appear in your team have all worked with you previosuly, new connections will not appear here until you book them. 

Via a message

Tap on the calendar icon next to the 3 dots (...) on the top right of a conversation with a support worker that you want to book. 

You can quickly access your team via My Account. You can do this by tapping on your profile picture on the top right of the screen, then selecting "My Team".

There are three ways you can give feedback on the Hireup iOS app.  

Within the app

You can send feedback directly to the Product Team within the app. Navigate to the screen you want to give feedback on and take a screenshot. You’ll be asked to choose if this is a bug, suggestion or if you have a question.

You can also give feedback via 'My Account' on the top right of the screen, open it up and choose “Give Feedback”.

On our website, we also have a dedicated feedback form. You can provide any platform or app related feedback here with out Product Team.
