Hireup Promoter Program

The Hireup Promoters campaign has been designed for our most dedicated and engaged support workers. We are looking for enthusiastic and well-connected individuals who want to help grow Hireup in their local community. 

We know that the best people to grow a community are the people in it, so we want to give you the skills and resources to help spread the word.

As a Hireup Promoter, you will need to commit to one day of paid training. There, we will work with you to:

• Connect with other workers in your local area and learn about the power of community networking 
• Learn about Hireup's story and vision from the founder and CEO
• Gain practical skills that will contribute to your own professional development 
  

The work involves spreading the word about Hireup in your local community, such as dropping flyers, posting on social media, and handing out t-shirts. We’ll share all the resources and ideas you’ll need, and we’re also keen to hear your ideas about growing your local Hireup community!

Of course! We are trialling this campaign as a new way to connect with local communities, and we would encourage anyone who is interested to apply. However, as there will be promotional activities and events involved, make sure you are someone who has a bubbly personality, is comfortable speaking with people, and is happy to work with us in driving meaningful connections at a local level.

Not yet! We’re trialling this campaign to specific locations, so it’s a small group for now. We hope that it’s a roaring success and we can roll it out all over Sydney, NSW and even Australia-wide!
