According to Mark Traves, Partnerships Manager, "When we look at a group program, specifically our school holiday program, we're clinical experts, but we knew that with a group of children, just having two or three clinicians wasn't going to be quite enough. We really needed an additional support person." This recognition led them to explore options for additional support, eventually leading them to Hireup.

"The job posts have been fantastic for us and we gave a really great overview of what the job looked like."
