Continue providing safe support 

We all have a duty of care to ourselves and the people we support to take reasonable care of our own health and safety and to not adversely affect the health and safety of others. Check out our standard guidelines for every shift plus additional safety precautions.

Complete COVID-19 infection control training 

We encourage support workers to do the infection control module from the Department of Health. Don’t forget to send your certificate of completion to Hireup.

Support for yourself

As your journey with Hireup continues, we understand that there may be times when you experience relationship challenges, work or family stress, or just feel a bit down. Acknowledging this, we wanted to make sure you know about Hireup's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which is delivered by Acacia Connection.
