Everybody deserves a life that is connected, fulfilled and safe: a good life. For the four million Australians with disability, it’s no different.
We believe that everyone, no matter who they are or where they come from, should be entitled to a good life. People with disability, their families and their support workers. Our employees, our community and our sector.
In this year's annual report, we want to share Hireup's purpose: 'to enable the pursuit of a good life for everyone', and how it plays out day-to-day in our business. We delve into the meaning of a good life, how we measure it, and how Hireup is driving change in the disability sector.
We hope this report will encourage us, our community and beyond to continue on our journey together towards the pursuit of a good life for everyone. Because everyone deserves to live a life that is connected, fulfilling and safe.

The Illustrations
Our 20/21 report has been illustrated by Jaycee Kim.
Jaycee joined arts organisation Studio A in 2019 and since then has produced an impressive body of work, with major pieces shown at Cement Fondu (‘Mobile Colour’, 2019), the Art Gallery of New South Wales (‘Love owns and mermaids singing in the rainbow pop’, 2020), Carriageworks (‘No Show’, 2021) and the National Maritime Museum (‘Harbour Garden’, 2021).
Hireup is proud to support the work of people with disability, and other organisations in the disability sector, and we will continue to do so in our pursuit of a good life for everyone.
